Best Parkour Shoes
There are many parkour friendly shoes out there. However, the Freedom in Motion coaches agree, Feiyues and Tiger 81s are our tried and true favorites.
The best shoe for beginners in our opinion. Feiyues are thin and lightweight which encourages soft landings and allows athletes feel the ground, which really helps to build good training habits. Elastic Training Bands
These bands are one of the most versatile pieces of training equipment you can get. Not only can they be used for a whole host of strength and conditioning exercises, but they can also be used for physical therapy for existing injury and preventative maintenance to help strengthen your body making you more resistant to future stresses.
